Symptoms

DPA GUI에 LDAP 사용자 이름과 비밀번호를 입력해도 아무 작업도 생성되지 않습니다. 팝업 오류가 생성되지 않습니다.
잘못된 사용자 이름이나 비밀번호를 입력하면 DPA에서 잘못된 사용자 이름 또는 비밀번호를 입력했다는 메시지를 표시하는 것으로 관찰되었습니다.

DEBUG에서 구성을 기록하도록 서버를 설정하고 문제를 재현한 후 디버그 서버 로그

Cause

LDAP 오류 코드에 대한 추가 조사 결과 사용자 계정이 잠겨 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.

Windows Active Directory 관리자를 참여시켜 LDAP 사용자 계정의 잠금을 해제합니다.
