En cas d’échec d’une règle SyncIQ, un rapport est consigné avec le motif de l’échec. Une fois la tâche en échec terminée, l’état de la règle SyncIQ est le suivant : needs_attention État:

Total: 4Cela est normal. La commande needs_attention L’état indique qu’une tâche précédente a échoué et peut nécessiter une révision et une investigation.
Pour déterminer la cause de l’échec, identifiez l’ID de tâche dans needs_attention en examinant les rapports de stratégie concernés.
Dans l’exemple ci-dessous, le test de règle SyncIQ montre : Job ID 1 Comme state=needs_attention.

Une fois l’ID de tâche identifié, affichez le rapport pour trouver les sous-rapports consignés sous l’ID de tâche principal qui est répertorié à la fin de la sortie.

Chaque sous-rapport a une heure de début et une heure de fin, y compris le sous-rapport où la tâche a pu se terminer avec succès.
Une fois que la liste des sous-rapports pour la tâche défaillante est disponible, spécifiez le sous-rapport à afficher pour identifier la raison de l’échec.

Si le problème initial a été résolu, mais que la tâche SyncIQ continue d’échouer, chaque sous-rapport contiendra des raisons différentes de l’échec. Il est recommandé d’afficher le dernier sous-rapport de la panne récente avant de la réussir.
Lorsque la règle SyncIQ s’exécute de nouveau et se termine sans échec, l’état passe de needs_attention to Finished. Si les défaillances persistent, elles doivent être examinées afin de déterminer l’action corrective appropriée.
