Symptoms
InsightIQ는 다음을 보여 줍니다. Monitoring Halted: Exception or Monitoring Halted: APIMissingError

Cause
InsightIQ는 최신 OneFS 버전 9.7.1.3/9.10.0.0 이상에서 변경된 이전 API(Application Programming Interface) 호출을 사용합니다. 9.8 및 9.9 버전은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
Resolution
9.7.1.3/9.10.0.0 이상 버전으로 업그레이드하려는 경우 InsightIQ가 5.2 이상으로 업그레이드될 때까지 업그레이드를 일시 중지하는 것이 좋습니다.
OneFS 9.7.1.3/9.10.0.0 이상으로 업그레이드할 계획이고 InsightIQ 4.x를 사용하는 경우 5.2 이상으로 업그레이드해야 합니다. 이는 InsightIQ 4.x가 9.7 이상과 호환되지 않기 때문입니다. 따라서 InsightIQ 5.2 이상이 시작될 때까지 업그레이드를 일시 중지하는 것이 좋습니다.
