Unisphere for PowerMax LDAP 로그인 실패 "Invalid username or password specified"

 

LDAP 구성이 성공했습니다. 오류가 없습니다.

 

LDAP 도메인/사용자를 사용하여 로그인을 시도하면 로그인이 실패하고 "Invalid username or password specified"가 표시됩니다.

Cause

LDAP 인증에는 도메인이 아닌 사용자 이름만 필요합니다. (도메인은 Windows AD 인증에만 필요함)

로그인할 때 Unisphere는 다음 권한을 확인합니다.

 

  • Windows - 사용자가 서버에 Windows 계정을 가지고 있는지 검증합니다. (Windows 도메인\사용자 이름 및 암호를 사용하여 Unisphere에 로그인합니다.)
  • LDAP-SSL - 사용자 계정이 LDAP-SSL 서버에 저장되어 있습니다(Unisphere LDAP-SSL 사용자 이름 및 암호를 사용하여 로그인합니다). Unisphere 관리자 또는 보안 관리자는 LDAP-SSL Configuration 대화 상자에서 LDAP-SSL 서버 위치를 설정해야 합니다.
  • 로컬 - 사용자에게 로컬 Unisphere 계정이 있는지 검증합니다. 로컬 사용자 계정은 Unisphere 서버 호스트에 로컬로 저장됩니다. (사용자 이름과 암호를 사용하여 Unisphere에 로그인합니다.)

Resolution

도메인 이름 없이 LDAP 사용자 이름만 사용하여 Unisphere에 로그인합니다.
