Om du vill avregistrera går du till Unisphere för PowerMax > Settings > Management > Secure Connect Gateway och klickar på Avregistrera.

Resolution

Översikt på hög nivå över lösningen:

  • Stanna SMAS
  • Byt namn på eller ta bort .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json fil
  • Starta SMAS

Procedur för olika varianter av Unisphere för PowerMax:

I Windows: Gå till services.msc:

  • Stanna Symmetrix Management Application Server-tjänst
  • Byt namn på eller ta bort ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json fil
  • Starta Symmetrix Management Application Server-tjänst

Du kan också använda Windows-kommandoraden:

  • Net stop EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server
  • Byt namn på eller ta bort ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json fil
  • Net start EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server

I Linux:

  • systemctl stop u4p.service
  • Byt namn på eller ta bort .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json fil
  • systemctl start u4p.service

För Embedded Unisphere för PowerMax 10.x måste det göras från backend av support, så skapa ett ärende hos Dell Technologies PowerMax supportteam.
