NVE rollup update fails at 4 of 18

Cause

After fixing the issue recorded NWREE-28382 - see https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/000366911
It fails to continue the upgrading process
This issue is reported in NWREE-28679 

Resolution

1) Check if NVE latest installed Rollup
# avosrollup -V
Avamar Platform OS Security Rollup:
OS[SLES12.5] Version[2025-R2-v3] Installation Time[2025-10-17-13-01-37]

This indicate the rollup already installed on the system. However, it hasn't completed process yet. 

2) Check if the rollup post update xml file exists 
nve193:~ # grep package-survey /usr/local/avamar/var/package-survey-*-post_errata_installation*.xml

3) Remove the xml file
# mv /usr/local/avamar/var/package-survey-SLES12.5-post_errata_installation-2025-10-17-13-01-37.xml /tmp
# mv /usr/local/avamar/var/package-survey-SLES12.5-pre_errata_installation-2025-10-17-13-01-37.xml: /tmp

4) Restart the avi service
nve193:~ # avinstaller.pl --restart

5) Log in to NetWorker Install Manager GUI, continue the rollup update process by clicking "Retry Current Task".
