DDVE:n poistaminen ei onnistu, jos Cloud Snapshot Manager hallitsee siinä olevia tilannevedoksia ja jos DDVE on määritetty olemassa olevaan suojaussuunnitelmaan.

Kun kaikki CSM:llä hallitut tilannevedokset ovat umpeutuneet Cloud Snapshot Managerista:
  1. Poista DDVE:hen linkitetty suojaussuunnitelma tai päivitä siihen tietoja toisesta DDVE:stä tai muuta käytäntöksi käytäntö, joka ei ole DDVE:n käytössä. (Vaihtoehtoista tallennustilaa ei ole valittu.
  2. Poista DDVE-tallennusyksiköt.
  3. Poista DDVE.
