Symptoms

Avamarクライアントがワークオーダーで発行されると、バックアップはすぐに失敗し 、「Backup Operation failed!」その理由は、「ソースまたはターゲット リストのエラー」です。

Avamar Administratorアクティビティ モニターは、 コード10012でバックアップ ステータスを Failed Error としてレポートします。

クライアント avagent ログは、次の警告メッセージを報告します。

avagent Warning <6690>: CTLワークオーダー「Default Schedule-Group-1380092400278」 non-zero exit status 'code 536870924: error in source or target list'

初期エラー番号は、Avamarのバージョンに応じて0000>または<7553>のいずれか<になります。引用符で指定されたパスは、"\"で始まるキーです。


Cause

ユーザーは、 C:\Program Files\avs\var\avtar.cmd ファイルを使用して、クライアントに直接フラグを追加しようとしました。
 
最初の例:
exclude=*.avi
exclude=*.mp3
exclude=*.MP4
 
2番目の例:
debug

これらのフラグは誤ってフォーマットされています。これにより 、avtar はソース データ ファイルまたはディレクトリーであると考える原因になります。Avtarは、クライアント上のパスとしてスキャンを試みます。

パス「.\exclude=*.MP4」または「.\debug」がクライアントに存在しないため、avtarはソース データセットが無効であると見なします。

Resolution

Avamar クライアント ディレクトリ内の .cmd ファイル( avtar.cmd または avagent.cmd)でフラグを使用する場合、フラグの先頭に2つのハイフンを付ける必要があります。 
 
例えば;
 --exclude=*.avi
--debug
--verbose

バックアップするパスは 、avtar.cmd ファイルに追加することもできますが、有効なパスである必要があります。

フラグとパスの両方を含む avtar.cmd ファイルの例は、次のとおりです。
C:\Users
--exclude=*.mp3
