Il backup del client Avamar ha esito negativo con errore "error in source or target list". Activity Monitor segnala il codice errore 10012

Quando viene emesso un client Avamar con un ordine di lavoro, il backup ha immediatamente esito negativo con il messaggio "Backup Operation failed!". Il motivo è "error in source or target list".

Il monitoraggio delle attività di Avamar Administrator segnala lo stato dei backup come Failed Error con codice 10012.

Il registro avagent del client riporta i seguenti messaggi di avvertenza:

Il numero di errore iniziale può essere <0000> o <7553> a seconda della versione di Avamar. Il percorso specificato tra virgolette può essere qualsiasi cosa, ma la chiave è che inizia con ".\

L'utente ha tentato di aggiungere un flag direttamente al client utilizzando il file C:\Program Files\avs\var\avtar.cmd. 
 
Nel primo esempio:
exclude=*.avi
exclude=*.mp3
exclude=*.MP4
 
Nel secondo esempio:
debug

Questi flag sono formattati in modo errato. Fanno sì che avtar ritenga di essere file o directory di dati di origine. Avtar tenta di eseguirne la scansione come percorsi sul client. 

Poiché il percorso ".\exclude=*.MP4" o ".\debug" non esiste nel client, avtar considera il dataset di origine non valido.

Quando si utilizzano flag nella .cmd file nella directory del client Avamar (ad esempio, in avtar.cmd o avagent.cmd), i flag devono essere preceduti da due trattini. 
 
Per esempio;
--exclude=*.avi
--debug
--è possibile aggiungere al file avtar.cmd anche i percorsi dettagliati

di cui eseguire il backup, ma devono essere percorsi validi.

E l'esempio di un file avtar.cmd con flag e percorsi è:
