Symptoms

CloudIQ Portal은 Isilon SRS (cluster Secure Remote Services)를 설정 하 고 CloudIQ enabled를 표시 합니다.

CloudIQ 포털이 중지 된 연결을 보여 줍니다.

Secure Remote Services는 게이트웨이 아래에서 관리 되는 클러스터를 상태가 양호한 것으로 표시 합니다.

게이트웨이에서 httpd 로그를 실행 하면 액세스 로그 내의 keepalive에 대 한 접속은 표시 되지만 mft 데이터는 전송 되지 않습니다.

Resolution

명령줄에서 isi esrs 원격 분석 보기 명령을 실행 하 여 확인 합니다.      
원격 분석 활성화 됨:
보류 중인 업로드 없음: 0

원격 분석이 활성화 되어 있지 않은 경우 isi esrs 원격 분석 수정--활성화 됨 = 참 을 실행 하 여 활성화 합니다.
