Symptoms

O portal do CloudIQ mostra o Isilon o cluster Secure Remote Services (SRS) ativado e o CloudIQ ativado.

O portal do CloudIQ mostra a conectividade interrompida.

Todos os pré-requisitos são atendidos de acordo com a integração da base de conhecimento 157794: Isilon-PowerScale CloudIQ: Procedimentos gerais para Isilon onboard para CloudIQ

O Secure Remote Services está mostrando o cluster gerenciado em um gateway com status bom.

A execução dos registros httpd no gateway mostra a conexão com o KeepAlive dentro dos registros de acesso, mas nenhum dado da MFT está sendo enviado:

Cause

A telemetria está desativada no lado do cluster.

Resolution

Para confirmar, a partir da linha de comando, execute o comando ISI ESRS telemetria View :      
Telemetria habilitada: Nenhum
upload pendente: 0

Se a telemetria não estiver habilitada, execute o ISI ESRS telemetria Modify--Enabled = true para habilitá-la.
