새 Exchange PowerShell을 열고 Active Directory에 제대로 연결되는지 확인합니다.

Cause

  1. 구성된 사용자 계정에 필요한 권한이 없습니다(Exchange 사용자 가이드 참조).
  2. 다른 백업 소프트웨어가 설치된 경우(예: Avamar Client 또는 NetWorker Client)
 

Resolution

  1. Admin 역할의 백업 계정 액세스 권한을 부여하기 위해 제대로 수행되지 않은 경우 AppAgent Exchange Admin 구성 툴을 사용하여 admin 사용자를 구성합니다.
  2. 다른 백업 소프트웨어(예: Avamar 또는 NetWorker)를 제거하고 호스트를 재부팅합니다.
