SupportAssistの使用中に、SupportAssist OS Recovery Toolをコンピューターにインストールできない場合があります。

注：この問題は SupportAssistのバージョン3.8以降で解決されました。SupportAssistの最新バージョンをダウンロードします。

この問題を解決するには、次の手順を使用できます。

  1. SupportAssistの最新バージョンをダウンロードします。
  2. PCを再起動します。
  3. Dell SupportAssist for Home PCsアプリケーションを開きます。
  4. SupportAssistのユーザー インターフェイス(UI)で 今すぐ開始をクリックします。

  5. SupportAssistは、コンピューターを最適化するために6回のスキャンを実行します。これらのスキャンの実行が完了したら、[Get drivers & downloads]タイルの下にある [Update]をクリックします。

  6. 推奨リストから [SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools]を選択し、[ Install]ボタンをクリックします。
  7. これで正常にインストールされます。
