Symptoms
The iDRAC event DPU9027 occurs and warning event "0508DPU9027" is present
Cause
The operating system of the DPU identified in the message is not ready for normal function because either the boot synchronization period has timed out or the boot synchronization timeout value is too less.
Resolution
Increase the DPUOSReadyTimeout value based on your DPU configuration. If the issue persists, reinstall the DPU operating system and power on the server.

If anyone of them is disabled, enable it, like below:
