NetWorker: authc-opdrachten mislukken met "unable to find valid certification path"

• NetWorker server wordt geïmplementeerd op een zelfstandig (niet-geclusterd) systeem.
• NetWorker auth-opdrachten (authc_config, authc_mgmt) mislukt met de volgende fout gemeld:

• Dit probleem doet zich voor, ongeacht of u lokale NetWorker-authenticatie of externe (LDAP)-authenticatie gebruikt.

De handtekening van de emcauthctomcat-certificaten komt niet overeen. De emcauthctomcat is standaard geconfigureerd tijdens de implementatie van NetWorker. Dit certificaat bestaat op drie plaatsen:

Linux:

• /nsr/authc/conf/authc.keystore
• /opt/nsr/authc-server/conf/authc.truststore
• /opt/nre/java/latest/lib/security/cacerts

Windows:

• C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\authc.keystore
• C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\conf\authc.truststore
• C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre#.#.#_##\lib\security\cacerts

Corrigeer de niet-overeenkomende certificaat.

1. Maak een kopie van de bestaande keystore-bestanden:
   Linux:

   • /nsr/authc/conf/authc.keystore
   • /opt/nsr/authc-server/conf/authc.truststore
   • /opt/nre/java/latest/lib/security/cacerts

   Windows:

   • C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\authc.keystore
   • C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\conf\authc.truststore
   • C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre#.#.#_##\lib\security\cacerts

    

   OPMERKING: Het cacerts-bestand is te vinden in de geconfigureerde JRE-instantie van de authc. De paden die hierboven worden weergegeven, zijn wanneer de NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) is geïnstalleerd. Als Oracle Java JRE is geïnstalleerd, bevindt het cacerts-bestand zich in het Java-installatiepad onder .. \lib\security\cacerts.

2. Open op de NetWorker-server een beheerders- of root-opdrachtprompt.

3. Stop NetWorker serverservices:
   Linux: nsr_shutdown
   Windows: net stop nsrd

4. Wijzig de directory in jre \bin dir.

5. Verwijder met behulp van de volgende opdrachtsyntaxis de emcauthctomcat-certificaten van de keystore-locaties waar niet-overeenkomend wordt waargenomen.

   Linux:
   ./keytool -delete -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore /path/to/keystore -storepass password

   Windows:
   keytool -delete -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore "C:\path\to\keystore" -storepass password

   OPMERKING: Het Java keystore-wachtwoord, ongeacht of NRE of Oracle jre, is gewijzigd. De authc keystore is het door de gebruiker gedefinieerde keystore-wachtwoord dat is ingesteld met behulp van de NetWorker installatiewizard (Windows) of /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh script (Linux).

6. Het standaard emcauthctomcat-certificaat moet op de volgende locatie aanwezig zijn:
   Linux: /nsr/authc/conf/emcauthctomcat.cer
   Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer

7. Importeer het standaard emcauthctomcat-certificaat naar de keystore-locaties:
   Linux:
   ./keytool -import -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore /path/to/keystore -storepass password -file /nsr/authc/conf/emcauthctomcat.cer

   Windows:
   keytool -import -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore "C:\path\to\keystore" -storepass password -file "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer"

8. Gebruik de keytool -list opdracht om het certificaat te bevestigen dat de emcauthctomcat-handtekeningen overeenkomen in elk van de keystores:
   Linux: ./keytool -list -keystore /path/to/keystore -storepass password | grep -A1 emcauth
   Windows: keytool -list -keystore "C:\path\to\keystore" -storepass password

9. NetWorker-services starten:
   Linux: systemctl start networker
   Windows: net start nsrd

10. Probeer een authc_config of authc_mgmt Opdracht:
    authc_config -u Administrator -e find-all-users
