Симптом:
Попередня перевірка оновлення DD OS не вдається з такою помилкою:

Error: Replication initialization is in progress, and upgrade cannot proceed.


Резолюція:

  1. Перевірте, чи настроєно домен даних на реплікацію та чи реплікація перебуває в стані ініціалізації.
#replication show config      ------> (To check if the replication pair has configured)

#replication watch rctx://  ------> (Provide the context number to check the replication status)
 
     #replication watch rctx://1
     Use Control-C to stop monitoring.
     (0:00:00) Replication initialize started...
     (0:00:10) 1%: initializing 3/3^C
  1. Оскільки ініціалізація реплікації знаходиться на третій фазі, перевірте статус реплікації. Користувач повинен дочекатися завершення ініціалізацій реплікації.

  1. Якщо користувач хоче спочатку оновити Data Domain, то реплікація повинна бути порушена.

  1. Після того, як реплікація буде порушена, оновіть ОС DD.
  2. Переналаштуйте пару реплікації, виконавши наведену нижче команду для обох доменів даних.
#replication  add  source mtree://system_DD1  destination  mtree://system_DD2
