NetWorkerでは、VBA/EBRアプライアンスを使用したVMware保護の実行がサポートされなくなりました。VMware保護は、NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) vProxyアプライアンスを使用して実行されるようになりました。VBA/EBRアプライアンスで使用されているプラグインは、新しいvCenterプラグインに置き換えられました。VBA/EBRプラグインを削除するには、次の手順に従います

始める前に
変更を加える前に、vCenter Serverのスナップショット/バックアップを作成します。
vCenter Serverからファイルを削除する前に、すべてのコマンドをダブルチェックしてください。
 
  1. https://<vCenter FQDN or IP>/mob/?moid=ExtensionManagerでvCenter mob拡張機能マネージャーにログインします
    • 通常のvCenter Web Client認証情報を使用します
  2. 次のVBAプラグイン拡張機能の登録を解除します。
  • VCBイメージ 
  • com.vmware.ebr(古い拡張子 - 存在しない可能性があります)
  • com.vmware.ebr2
  • com.vmware.networker2.config
  • com.vmware.ebr-avamar2
  1. vCenter ServerのSerenityDBをリセットします。
  • これは 、/storage/vsphere-ui/SerenityDB/serenityにあります。
  • これがクリアされた後、エントリは残っていないはずです
  • これは、Windows C:\Usersディレクトリーと同様のvCenter Webクライアント ユーザー キャッシュです。
  • 唯一の影響は、各ユーザーが次回ログインするときにわずかな遅延が発生することです。これは再作成されるためです
  メモ: PuTTYなどのSSHターミナルを使用してvCenterアプライアンスに初めてログインする場合は、シェルを実行する必要があります。
  1. findコマンドを使用して、ebr2、networker2、vcbimageのすべてのインスタンスを検索します。これらをvCenter Serverから削除します。 
  • 検索/-名前* EBR2 *
  • 検索/-名前*networker2*
  • 検索 / -名前 *vcbimage *
  1.   vSphere Web Clientサービスを再起動します
  • service-control --status vsphere-client
  • service-control --stop vsphere-client
  • service-control --start vsphere-client
  1. ブラウザーのキャッシュとCookieをクリアします
  2. 新しいブラウザーを開きます
  3. https://<vCenter FQDNまたはIP>:9443/vsphere-client/でvCenter Webクライアントに再度ログインします。
