Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 整合是使用 vProxy 裝置進行設定。  vProxy 已經部署，而且新的 NSR VMware Proxy 資源正新增至裝置標籤下的 NetWorker Management Console （NMC）。  NSR VMware 代理資源已配置適當的詳細資料，選取「確定」選項時，會產生錯誤訊息：

/nsr/logs/daemon.raw顯示： 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrd NSR notice vProxy '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' is now Enabled. 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrd NSR info VM proxy Warning event: vProxy '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' is unavailable. 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrmon NSR critical Unable to retrieve vProxy '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' connection information. 
MM/DD/YYYY [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrd NSR error Instance UUID not found for '[NSR_VMWARE_PROXY]' vProxy.

NetWorker：如何使用nsr_render_log

Cause

加密箱的 clb.lb 檔案發生問題。它已損壞或不存在。

Resolution

如果加密箱檔案不存在。根據 NetWorker 安全性組態指南建立新的加密箱檔案。

如果錯誤訊息所在的位置有加密箱檔案，則應在環境中重新建立密碼箱檔案。下列程序可用來重新建立 NetWorker 伺服器「clb.lb」加密箱檔案：
 
  1. 開啟 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 或 NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI）。
  2. 選取「Server」標籤
  3. 選取「Lockboxes」標籤。
  4. 詳細資料窗格會顯示 NetWorker 伺服器完整網域名稱 （FQDN） 的密碼箱。
  5. 使用 NetWorker 伺服器的短名稱建立新的加密箱。
  6. 關閉 NetWorker 伺服器服務：
Linux： systemctl stop networker
Windows： net stop nsrexecd /y
  1. 製作 NetWorker 伺服器加密箱 FQDN 資料夾內容的備份複本：
預設 Linux 位置：  /nsr/lockbox/[NETWORKER_SERVER_FQDN]
Windows 預設位置：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lockbox\[NETWORKER_SERVER_FQDN]\
  1. 刪除原始 FQDN 加密箱資料夾的內容。
  2. 將加密箱檔案從 NetWorker 伺服器加密箱短名稱資料夾複製到 NetWorker 伺服器加密箱 FQDN 名稱資料夾。
  3. 刪除 NetWorker 伺服器加密箱短名稱的資料夾。 
  4. 啟動 NetWorker 伺服器服務。
Linux： systemctl start networker
Windows：
淨啟動 nsrd
如果 NMC 安裝在 NetWorker 伺服器上： net start gstd
  1. 登入 NMC 或 NWUI，並註冊 vProxy。
