Avamar：バックアップが「システムに十分なバッファ領域がなかったため、ソケットでの操作を実行できませんでした...」というエラーメッセージで失敗する

Windowsファイル システムのバックアップが、次のようなエラーで失敗することがあります。

2018-11-29 13:17:41 avtar Info <5694>: - Failed initial handshake, trying again
2018-11-29 13:17:41 avtar Info <6063>: - Communication error: Could not create connection to Server
2018-11-29 13:17:41 avtar Info <5557>: No connections available
2018-11-29 13:17:41 avtar FATAL <8941>: Fatal server connection problem, aborting initialization. Verify correct server address and login credentials.

データセットまたは\Program Files\avs\varディレクトリーのavtar.cmdファイル(--debugフラグ)でデバッグが有効になっている場合、次のメッセージが表示されることがあります。

これは、Windowsオペレーティング システムのポートの枯渇が原因で発生します。アプリケーションが短時間内に多数の発信接続を行ったり、発信接続を適切に破棄しなかったりすると、avtarプロセスに必要なポートが使い果たされます。

これを確認するには、PowerShellまたはWindowsコマンド プロンプトを開き、次のコマンドを実行します。
