Symptoms

Příkaz nástroje PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> nevytvoří žádný výstup.

Například:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

Skript get_dd_mtree_credential.py byl omylem vynulován. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Kontaktujte podporu nástroje PowerProtect Data Manager a získejte kopii skriptu.
  2. Zkopírujte skript do adresáře /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Zadejte následující příkaz: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
