Symptoms

mtree> get_dd_mtree_credential.py < PPDM(PowerProtect Data Manager) 명령을 실행해도 출력이 생성되지 않습니다.

예:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

스크립트 get_dd_mtree_credential.py 실수로 0이 되었습니다. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. 스크립트 사본을 얻으려면 PowerProtect Data Manager 지원 팀에 문의하십시오.
  2. 스크립트를 /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts 디렉토리에 복사합니다.
  3. 다음 명령을 실행합니다. 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
