Symptoms

Команда PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> не выдает выходных данных.

Пример.   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

Сценарий get_dd_mtree_credential.py был случайно обнулен. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Обратитесь в службу поддержки PowerProtect Data Manager, чтобы получить копию сценария.
  2. Скопируйте сценарий в каталог /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Выполните следующую команду: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
