Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)-Befehl get_dd_mtree_credential.py <MTree> erzeugt keine Ausgabe.

Zum Beispiel:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

Das Skript get_dd_mtree_credential.py wurde versehentlich auf Null gesetzt. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Wenden Sie sich an den PowerProtect Data Manager-Support, um eine Kopie des Skripts zu erhalten.
  2. Kopieren Sie das Skript in das Verzeichnis /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Führen Sie den folgenden Befehl aus: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
