Symptoms

El comando de PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> no produce ningún resultado.

Por ejemplo:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

El get_dd_mtree_credential.py del guión se puso a cero accidentalmente. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Comuníquese con el soporte de PowerProtect Data Manager para obtener una copia del script.
  2. Copie el script en el directorio /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Ejecute el siguiente comando: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
