Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) -komento get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> ei tuota tulosta.

Esimerkki:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

get_dd_mtree_credential.py käsikirjoitus nollattiin vahingossa. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Ota yhteys PowerProtect Data Managerin tukeen ja pyydä kopio komentosarjasta.
  2. Kopioi komentosarja hakemistoon /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Suorita seuraava komento: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
