Symptoms

La commande PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> ne produit aucune sortie.

Par exemple :   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

Le script get_dd_mtree_credential.py a été accidentellement mis à zéro. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Contactez le support PowerProtect Data Manager pour obtenir une copie du script.
  2. Copiez le script dans le répertoire /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Exécutez la commande suivante : 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
