Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)コマンド get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> は出力を生成しません。

例：   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

スクリプト のget_dd_mtree_credential.py が誤ってゼロになりました。 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. スクリプトのコピーを取得するには、PowerProtect Data Managerサポートにお問い合わせください。
  2. スクリプトをディレクトリー /usr/local/brs/puppet/scriptsにコピーします。
  3. 次のコマンドを実行します。 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
