Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) komutu get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> çıktı vermiyor.

Örneğin:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

Komut dosyası get_dd_mtree_credential.py yanlışlıkla sıfırlandı. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Komut dosyasının bir kopyasını almak için PowerProtect Data Manager desteğiyle iletişime geçin.
  2. Komut dosyasını /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts dizinine kopyalayın.
  3. Aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırın: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
