Symptoms

get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> 的 PowerProtect Data Manager （PPDM） 命令不會產生任何輸出。

例如：   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

劇本 get_dd_mtree_credential.py 意外歸零。 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. 請聯絡 PowerProtect Data Manager 支援以取得指令檔。
  2. 將指令檔複製到目錄 /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts。
  3. 執行下列命令： 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
