Symptoms

get_dd_mtree_credential.py <MTree> 的 PowerProtect Data Manager （PPDM） 命令不产生任何输出。

例如：   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

脚本 get_dd_mtree_credential.py 意外归零。 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. 请联系 PowerProtect Data Manager 支持以获取脚本的副本。
  2. 将脚本复制到目录 /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts。
  3. 运行以下命令： 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
