Symptoms
DropDir 資料夾中的 SourceOne Email Management 索引更新 （UPDS） 交易檔案無法處理，並導致索引延遲和處理積壓。
索引伺服器上的ExAsIdxObj.exe.log檔中報告了有關在 SQL 中找不到索引的錯誤。
由於 UPDS 檔案使用索引執行緒但未加以處理，因此會導致其他索引活動在環境中排隊。
Cause
此問題是由於索引事務檔被移出 DropDir，然後在索引從存檔中釋放後嘗試重新處理（移回）。 這會使 UPDS 檔卡在等待索引存在於存檔中的狀態，然後再進行處理。
Resolution
此問題在正常運作下應不會發生，而且只有在從 SourceOne 刪除歸檔/索引內容後，手動將 UPDS 檔案移回 DropDir 時才會發生此問題。
