Symptoms
當郵件無法存檔且檔無法成功移動到問題資料夾時，SourceOne SMTP 日誌存檔每隔幾分鐘停止處理一次。 此問題將更加複雜，因為將再次處理相同的消息，從而導致處理中的另一個延遲。
在處理 SMTP 日誌工作的工作伺服器上ExJBJournal.exe.log檔案中可以看到以下事件：

Cause
