Source One Web検索は、次のエラーで検索プロセスを開始できませんでした。
クエリー サービスが検索プロセスを開始できない
ワーカー サーバー上のExJBquery.exeログに、次のようなエラーが報告されます。
メッセージ：System call failed.(0x86040100) Cannot communicate with the database.(0x86040400) 不明なエラー (0x800400CF) [ExJBQuery.exe, ExASDBAccess.cpp(657).CExASDBAccess::GetIndexesToSearch] >{列名 'OperationState' が無効です。Native error: 207 SQLの状態: 42S22 }

メッセージ : 検索用インデックスのリストの構築に失敗しました。Error: 0x800400CF
Cause
SourceOne インプレース移行データベースと SourceOne サービスのバージョンが異なります。
Resolution
IPMデータベースを含むSourceOneデータベースのバージョンが、SourceOneインストールと同じバージョンであることを確認します。
