Symptoms

Linux 호스트를 추가하고 플러그인을 푸시하면 다음 오류가 반환됩니다.

AppSync 호스트 플러그인과 통신하는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다.
 에이전트 서비스가 실행 중인지 확인하고 필요한 경우 재시작하십시오.
 

c:\program files\emc\jboss\logs에 있는 AppSync server.log에도 다음 오류가 포함됩니다.

SFTP를 통해 파일을 얻는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다. 사용 권한이 거부됨

Cause

이 문제의 원인은 SUDO 사용자의 umask입니다.

umask는 077로 확인되었으며, SUDO 사용자가 만든 파일을 SUDO 사용자가 속한 그룹의 그룹 구성원에서 읽을 수 없도록 제한했습니다.

SFTP는 정상적으로 작동하지만 /opt/emc/appsync의 SFTP에서 생성된 .rsp 파일을 읽을 수 없습니다.  
 

Resolution

Linux 호스트에 플러그인을 푸시하는 데 사용되는 SUDO 사용자의 umask에 소유자의 읽기 및 쓰기 권한과 최소한 그룹 읽기 권한을 허용하는 umask가 있는지 확인하십시오.

umask가 037이면 충분합니다.
