Cause

Konflikt på grund af Microsoft-opdateringer på Exchange 2010 i det blandede miljø.

Resolution

Med 2010/2016 sameksistens er der visse krav til, at det skal fungere.

Disse krav er:    
  • Servicekontopostkassen skal altid være i den lavere Exchange-version. Det skulle være den sidste postkasse, der flyttes til 2016. Exchange 2010 skal konfigureres med RPC over https.
  • Exchange 2016 skal have RPC over https aktiveret. Som standard har Exchange 2016 MAPI over https, som ikke understøttes af SourceOne. Brugere skal aktivere RPC via https og konfigurere den korrekt.
  • Alle SourceOne-servere må kun have Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Ingen anden HF eller opdatering. Opdateringer til Outlook skal være deaktiveret.
  • Profilen skal konfigureres i Outlook for at have Outlook ved hjælp af RPC over https, hvor proxyserveren peger på 2016-serveren. For disse ændringer skal du konfigurere Automatisk registrering.
  • Angiv de korrekte postkassetilladelser i 2016 i henhold til installationsvejledningen.
