Cause

Konflikt på grunn av Microsoft-oppdateringer på Exchange 2010 i det blandede miljøet.

Resolution

Med 2010/2016 sameksistens er det visse krav for at det skal fungere.

Disse kravene er:    
  • Tjenestekonto-postboksen må alltid være på den lavere Exchange-versjonen. Det skal være den siste postboksen som flyttes til 2016. Exchange 2010 må konfigureres med RPC via https.
  • Exchange 2016 må ha RPC over https aktivert. Som standard har Exchange 2016 MAPI over https som ikke støttes av SourceOne. Brukere må aktivere RPC over https og konfigurere det riktig.
  • Alle SourceOne-servere må bare ha Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Ingen annen HF eller oppdatering. Oppdateringer for Outlook må deaktiveres.
  • Profilen må konfigureres i Outlook for at Outlook skal bruke RPC over https med proxy-serveren pekende mot 2016-serveren. For disse endringene konfigurerer du AutoDiscovery.
  • Angi de riktige postbokstillatelsene på 2016 i henhold til installasjonsveiledningen.

Microsoft KB2878254 og KB2889819 har blitt trukket tilbake av Microsoft. Den KB2889819 feilrettingen kan sendes til EMC SourceOne-støtte.
