Dit artikel bevat de stappen voor het bepalen van het in de fabriek geïnstalleerde besturingssysteem van uw Dell systeem.

Dell biedt technische support voor het in de fabriek geïnstalleerde besturingssysteem volgens de serviceovereenkomst van het systeem.
Om het in de fabriek geïnstalleerde besturingssysteem te bepalen, gaat u naar de Dell Support website, voert u het servicetagnummer van uw systeem in en klikt u op de knop Verzenden (afbeelding 1).

in, klik vervolgens op de koppeling Systeemconfiguratie , klik op Componenten onder het tabblad Oorspronkelijke configuratie en scrol omlaag om de besturingssysteemlijn te zien (afbeelding 2).
