Symptoms

Alienware Graphic Amplifierを搭載したWindows 10 Alienwareノートパソコンでトースト通知が機能しない

 

ファンクション キーFn + F1 ショートカットで、Alienware Graphicsアンプ(AGA)をAlienwareノートパソコンから取り外したときにトースト通知が表示されない。つまり、AGAを切断することはできません。

これは、複製モードで外部モニターに出力するときに発生します。

これは、次のAlienware製品に影響しています:(AGAポート搭載で出荷されるすべてのAlienwareノートパソコン)。

  • Alienware 13 R2およびR3
  • Alienware 15 R2、R3、R4
  • Alienware 17 R3、R4、R5
  • Alienware Area-51m
  • Alienware Area-51m R2
  • Alienware m15 R1、R2、R3、R4
  • Alienware m17 R1、R2、R3、R4

Cause

これはノートパソコンの障害ではありません。Windows集中モードはショートカットをブロックするため、ほとんどのポップアップと通知が表示されなくなります。

Resolution

次の手順に従って、通知を有効にします。

  1. Windowsデスクトップの右下隅にあるアクション センター アイコンをクリックします。

    または、次の場所に移動します。システム > フォーカス アシスト>設定

  2. デフォルトでは、ノートパソコンが複製モードの場合のみ、フォーカス アシストは アラームに設定されています 。

  3. 通知を [オフ] または [優先度のみ] に変更します。([優先度のみ]を選択すると、アプリケーションを手動で追加する必要があります)。

  4. 通知がOFFに変わったら、ファンクション キーFn + F1 ショートカットを押してAGAを切断します。

  5. [はい]をクリックして、Alienware Graphics Amplifierを取り外します。
