How to Fix the Windows 10 Infinite Boot Loop Problem

Windows 10 might get stuck in an infinite loading Windows cycle. The following workaround may help with this problem.
Cause
Cause information is not available.
Resolution
- Hold the Function (FN) key down while powering on the computer.
- Still holding the FN key, start Tapping the Windows key to bypass the issue.
- This should bring up the login screen.
