Delay in failback when uplinks restored

VMware support suggested introducing a delay in failback when uplinks restored to allow switches to fully boot and be fully ready to forward frames before ESXi switches back to using both NICs.
That setting (Net.TeamPolicyUpDelay) is under advanced system settings:

The default is (as seen in the screenshot) 100 ms, and we tested with 30 s of delay. (Maximum value that can be set is 6 Minutes (600000 ms)

Customer may set that higher, but with the fact that. No SDC->SDS disconnects occurred in this configuration, it is clear that the workaround is successful.
