Symptoms

  • ディスク（Data Domain）に存在しない、テープ上に存在するVMセーブ セットをリストアしようとしています。
  • vProxyはテープから直接リストアできません。セーブ セットをディスク（Data Domain）デバイスに復旧（クローン）する必要があります。
  • リカバリー ウィザードは、リストアを実行するために、セーブ セットをテープからディスク（Data Domain）デバイスに自動的に復旧（クローン）しようとします。
  • この復旧プロセスは次のエラーで失敗します。

Cause

復旧プロセスによって実行されるクローン コマンドは、クローン ボリュームのターゲット ストレージ ノードとして使用するホストを認識しません。

Resolution

1.NetWorker Management Console（NMC）から、［source storage node］のストレージ ノード プロパティを開きます。ストレージ ノードには、［Devices］タブの［Storage Nodes］からアクセスできます。
2.［configuration］の［Clone storage nodes］で、ディスク デバイスがマウントされている［destination Storage Node］FQDNを追加します

3.NMCに戻り、セーブ セットがテープからData Domainデバイスに復旧（クローン）される新しいリストアを開始します。復旧プロセスが完了すると、リストアが開始されます。
