Symptoms

  • 디스크(Data Domain)에 상주하지 않는 VM 세이브 세트를 복구하려고 합니다. 세이브 세트는 테이프에 상주합니다.

Cause

재복구 프로세스에서 실행되는 클론 명령은 클론 볼륨의 대상 스토리지 노드로 사용할 호스트를 알지 못합니다.

Resolution

1. NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에서 "소스 스토리지 노드"의 스토리지 노드 속성을 엽니다. 스토리지 노드는 Devices tab -> Storage Nodes에서 액세스할 수 있습니다.
2. 구성 아래에서 디스크 디바이스가 마운트된 "대상 스토리지 노드" FQDN 추가 -> 스토리지 노드 클론

3. NMC로 돌아가서 세이브 세트가 테이프에서 Data Domain 디바이스로 재복구(클론 생성)되는 새 복구를 시작합니다. 재복구 프로세스가 완료되면 복구가 시작됩니다.
