NVP vProxy：VM 復原從磁帶上複製複本失敗。

Symptoms

  • 您正在嘗試修復不在磁碟 (Data Domain) 上的 VM 儲存集，儲存集位於磁帶上。
  • vProxy 無法直接從磁帶修復，儲存集必須重新恢復 (複製) 至磁碟 (Data Domain) 裝置。
  • 還原精靈會嘗試將儲存集從磁帶自動重新恢復 (複製) 至磁碟 (Data Domain) 裝置以執行修復。
  • 恢復程序失敗，並顯示：

Cause

透過恢復程序執行的複製命令，不知道要使用哪個主機作為複製磁碟區的目的地儲存節點。

Resolution

1.從 NetWorker Management Console (NMC) 開啟「來源儲存節點」的儲存節點屬性。儲存節點可從「裝置」標籤 ->「儲存節點」存取。
2.在「組態」->「複製儲存節點」下新增其中已安裝磁碟裝置的「目的地儲存節點」FQDN

3.返回 NMC 並啟動新的修復，其中儲存集將從磁帶重新恢復 (複製) 至 Data Domain 裝置。恢復程序完成後，將啟動修復。
