Symptoms
PowerPath 命令，例如 powermt display, powermt config 停止回應。
命令 cfgmgr 也停止回應。
嘗試使用追蹤以遵循失敗命令失敗。
dbx 也會停止回應。
Cause
在 PowerPath 6.4 中，相依 semaphore 的讀取/寫入模式不正確，是造成此問題的原因。
PowerPath 6.4 中相依 semaphore 的模式設定為寫入。
Resolution
此問題的解決方法是將 PowerPath 升級至 7.0 版或更新版本。
注意：停用 emcp_mond 無法作為因應措施，因為它也會受到影響。
