Symptoms

Data Center Network Manager (DCNM) 11.5(4) 在套用和測試 Call Home 組態時顯示以下訊息。

Command failed: Invocation failed; nested exception is:  .ejb.EJBException: java.lang.NullPointerException

Cause

升級至 DCNM 11.5.4 或全新部署 DCNM 11.5.4 後，會發生錯誤。到目前為止，此行為會在 Windows 和 OVA DCNM 部署中出現。

Resolution

這是軟體的外觀問題。仍應可如預期運作。

因應措施：
 

  1. 設定 Call Home 後，按下「套用」按鈕，而非下圖所示的「套用與測試」。

  1. 套用組態後，使用以下 Call Home 測試 CLI 命令從交換器產生設陷： 
MDS-switch# test pfm snmp test-trap fan

 

  1. 如果此功能運作正常，使用者應可收到所設定電子郵件地址的電子郵件測試警示。


不需要執行其他動作。
