Symptoms

在使用者介面畫面中，探索到的裝置狀態會顯示故障狀態而非成功，監控功能也會顯示降級。

此事件在日誌中註冊如下：

monitoring status of this device as we did not receive the SNMP test 
trap.","responseAction":"Configure the SNMP settings for this device, then try again. If
this does not help, contact your secure connect gateway administrator for 
assistance.","detailedDescription":null}

Cause

此錯誤的原因可能是 SCG 上的登入使用者缺少系統管理員權限所導致。

Resolution

請按照此步驟進行故障診斷：
 
  1. 確認 iDRAC0 上的 SNMP 設定。
  2. 執行重新清查驗證，並在完成後檢查裝置狀態。
  3. 驗證 SCG 服務，並檢查登入 SCG 的使用者是否具有系統管理員權限。
  4. 檢查 SCG 的認證設定檔。
