Symptoms
Un message d’erreur s’affiche indiquant qu’il y a eu un échec d’installation du pilote (Figure 1 [en anglais uniquement]).

Si l’application Thunderbolt Control Center a été installée manuellement à partir du Microsoft Store, elle ne répertorie pas non plus les périphériques Thunderbolt connectés. La version du pilote du contrôleur ne s’affiche pas dans Thunderbolt Control Center.

Cause
Un ordinateur équipé d’un processeur Intel de 12e génération intègre Thunderbolt. Windows 11 contient déjà le pilote nécessaire au bon fonctionnement d’un périphérique Thunderbolt.
Resolution
Sur les ordinateurs Dell exécutant Windows 11, cliquez sur Informations importantes dans la section Détails supplémentaires de la page des pilotes. Une liste des ordinateurs Dell qui ne nécessitent pas l’installation de ce pilote s’affiche si le système d’exploitation de l’ordinateur est Windows 11.
