Symptoms

Dell OptimizerがWindows 11で実行またはインストールできません。スマート アプリ コントロールが[Enabled]に設定されている場合、Windows 11はDell Optimizerのインストールと実行をブロックします。

Cause

Windows 11で スマート アプリ コントロール機能 が有効になっており、PC上のDell Optimizerのバージョンに署名されていないバイナリー ファイルがあります。

Resolution

  1. Windows 11でスマート アプリ コントロールを無効にすると、次の問題を解決できます。
    1. タスクバーの検索ボックスに、「 スマート アプリ コントロール」と入力します。
    2. 結果から [Smart App Control System settings ]を選択します。
    3. 定期スキャンの設定を [オン ]または [オフ]に変更します。
  2. スマート アプリ コントロールの下で実行される新しいバージョンのDell Optimizerをインストールします(利用可能な場合)。
