Symptoms

Nie można dodać adresu IP NTP przy użyciu wbudowanego/e-zarządzania vApp Manager (EEM). Operacja kończy się niepowodzeniem z powodu błędu 
"NTP update failed"

Cause

Próba dodania adresu IP NTP w interfejsie użytkownika EEM vApp.

Ten błąd występuje zwykle, gdy adres IP NTP nie może być pingowany z serwera vApp. Ten sam błąd może również wystąpić podczas dodawania nethost.

Resolution

Spróbuj pingować adres IP NTP. Polecenie ping nie powiodło się zgodnie z oczekiwaniami:

Jest to problem z siecią. Zaangażuj zespół ds. sieci, aby upewnić się, że zapora umożliwia połączenie między EEM vApp a NTP. Gdy adres IP NTP jest pingowalny od strony vApp, możemy pomyślnie dodać adres IP NTP.
