Symptoms
ファイル移動ネットワークIPのマッピングが失敗します。Encountered an irrecoverable error during command execution, Reason obj_not_found (0xE04020040004)
Cause
この問題は、ユーザーが管理ネットワークを再構成し、MTUをデフォルト値の1500から他の値に変更してから、ファイル移動ネットワークIPを作成してマッピングしようとすると発生する可能性があります。上記の「回復不能なエラー」の問題により、ファイル移動IPアドレスのマッピングが失敗します。
Resolution
この問題は、PowerStoreOSバージョン3.2および3.5に影響し、今後のPowerStoreOSリリースで解決される予定です。
この問題を回避するには、ユーザーはファイル移動ネットワーキングIPを削除し、管理ネットワークMTU設定を1500に戻す必要があります。最後に、ファイル移動ネットワークのIPアドレスを再作成し、IPを管理ネットワークにマッピングします。
